Hello Kittens
First off, I know that many of you were expecting to get your copy of Harvest Moon on Friday, and you never received it. All I can do is apologize. Amazon decided to cancel the pre-order, and though I’ve fought them, and they have reinstated my ability to set pre-orders, all of the previous orders have been lost. The good news is that I now have it back up! You can re-pre-order it HERE.
Again, I am so sorry for the mistake, and I hope you can forgive us! I did set the date way out, so hopefully Zon wont just randomly delete it before it can hit your kindles.
In other news, Deadwood is coming up so fast. I’ve got all my books headed out to South Dakota in preparation for the signing. My pre-order is closed, sadly. Also, I have only brought books that I have written solo—my Lords of Khaos series and my new series starter Possessing Scarlet—and the books
and I have written together—Blood Moon Riders and Wing Witch. If you were hoping to pick up a copy of something else on the day, please let me know ASAP, and I’ll try to have it in stock. It will be first come first serve, though. I’m not holding books at this juncture.
Mariah and I will be sharing a table at Wild Deadwood Reads. All of our shared books bought on the day will be signed by both of us. Also, our amazing beta/alpha reader Sara will be there acting as our PA. She is an incredible beta reader, and if you’re interested in looking into her services—highly recommended, she has an amazing memory and love for the written word, my books would not be the same without her input—you can find her HERE. You can also find her on Instagram @larksliterarynest. She also writes wonderful reviews of the books she reads, which you can find on her IG. We are all so excited to meet you all, don’t hesitate to come up and say HI!
Life, the Universe and Everything? Things are lovely, though its been raining basically nonstop. Last weekend found my boys and I huddling in our tornado shelter for nearly two hours. Luckily we were safe, and no cyclones touched down near us. I’m ready for some nice sunny days if only to dry out the ground so that my littles can run around and play.
Things are good, if not a little hectic, with my oldest out of school for the summer, but not at camp yet and packing and planning for my trip. Last year my youngest got to go to Salem with me, and this year my oldest has the honor of coming to my signing. I can’t wait to share a trip with him as well as my lovely bestie and her own little, as well as Sara. There’s an amazing pool area at the lodge we’re staying at, so I may have to bust out the swimsuit.
I hope you all are doing well, staying safe and dry, and reading up a storm, I know I am!
XOXO,
Kat

Welcome back to Blood Moon.
It’s been a while since the last Blood Moon book hit the shelves, but here’s your chance to get requited. After all, Crow Moon is FREE. No reason not to snatch that up and dive into the series. And now is the best time, since Crow Moon wont be FREE forever!
On the hunt for dark witches fleeing with a dangerous book of magic, Blood Moon can't afford distractions. And that includes a moment of respite with a shiny new mate. Good thing Doc is positive that possibility has passed. Nothing could prepare him for what the goddess has in store.
Doc has given his life to Blood Moon and the Nomad chapter of the MC. It had been years since he'd even considered the likelihood of a fated mate crossing his path, much less agreeing to a life on the road with the rough and ready bikers. And yet, the Goddess sees fit to throw her directly into his path just as the Nomads are on the hunt for Trillium Moon and Hekate's stolen book. Complicating matters even further, Nora is young–too young. There's no chance in hell that Doc will subject her to the difficulties of being mated to the club's doctor and a life without roots.
Nora came to Taos for one thing: to escape the hold of her rigid parents by joining her older brother, Tank, the Sgt-at-Arms of the Blood Moon Riders' Taos Chapter. Nora thinks she's finally found her peace–and maybe her place–in New Mexico, until she runs smack into her fated mate in the visiting Nomad Chapter's handsome doctor. She is immediately drawn to his calm, solid presence. But Doc wants nothing to do with Nora, barely a college graduate and several years his junior. Nevermind that the chemistry between them hits like a bomb going off. Nevermind that in one another's arms, the dark clouds of war feel far less ominous.
Finding the mate you never expected in the midst of war is a test of conviction and fortitude–something Doc and Nora have in spades. They must learn to believe in the wisdom of the goddess–and that they deserve the fierce promise of love that has been offered to them–in spite of all the obstacles. Or Doc will leave Taos bereft of half his soul, and Nora rootless and alone with darkness closing in.
Who’s ready for some book signings?
This year, I am fortunate enough to get to go to three amazing signing events! I can’t wait to get to meet more of my readers, and get some face time with my author and reader friends who live much too far away.
WILD DEADWOOD READS:
I will be attending with
and our wonderful beta reader turned PA Sara. This is a FREE signing that will take place in Deadwood South Dakota during Wild Bill days. The event will be held at the Lodge in Deadwood from 9:30am until 3:30pm. You can find out all the information on the event itself at www.wilddeadwoodreads.com. I will be traveling to this event from the Midwest, so I will have a limited number of books with me, please preorder anything you absolutely want to have!GETTING WITCHY WITH IT:
This will be the second year that Mariah Thayer and I will be attending, this year we will be accompanied by
and our PAs Sara and Debra as well. This is a FREE event, but of course you can get VIP tickets for an enhanced experience. It will take place at the Boston Marriot Peabody, and Mariah, Shelly and I will be signing on Saturday September 14th. Any information you could need for the event will be on the Anytime Author Promotions website and my preorder for this event is HERE. This year, unfortunately I will not get the amazing experience of driving from Illinois to Mass (not sarcastic, I really loved the road trip we took last year) and thus will have a limited number of books! Please preorder.BOOKS BY THE ARCH:
On October 5th I will be signing at Books by the Arch in St. Louis Missouri on my own. I will of course have my lovely PA Sara with me (who I am more than grateful for, cause I’m not the worlds best peopler when it comes to large crowds—I promise I want to talk to you all! I just freak out a bit.) You can find tickets for this event HERE and more information on the event itself HERE and if you want to preorder books from me you can do so HERE. This is a hometown event for me, so I’m likely to have a good number of books on the day, but if you want to ensure you gets specific books, please preorder (and they come with extra swag when you do!).
WHO WANTS A FREE BOOK?!?
This year I have gotten together with some of the very best in Paranormal Romance, to be able to offer my readers a free book each and every month.
WHAT?
Yes. A free book from some of my favorite authors will be available in my first of the month news letter.
Fate Frankincense & Funerals
Kharon, the only place I’m safe, is in my rearview mirror as I take the treacherous journey to Mandara.
I know it’s dangerous, but I have to go. Something is pulling me to the city. When I get there, I’m surprised to discover it’s a person - Errapel, nurse to the dying soul I’ve been sent to assist. He’s a breath of fresh air to my stagnant life, but the law says vulture shifters are forbidden from taking a mate.
Is there anything that can keep us together? Maybe, but I have no idea what it could be. Society is a difficult thing to fight. Can a vulture shifter outcast, and a sweet hare shifter nurse, beat the odds, or will the archaic laws tear them apart?
BOOKFAIRS
Every month, I drop a couple of books into a bookfunnel promo. My lovely friend
TK Eldridge has been running them once a month, and I love getting to see all the new authors, finding new favorites, and getting to share them with you.
If you could, please click the link, it helps me so much, and maybe you’ll discover something amazing as well.
I’m so bummed I won’t be at Deadwood 😭 I would love to see you Mariah and Sara. I’m so glad you are safe from the tornados. My sister is in Arkansas and they were hit, they got very lucky with very minimal damage but their neighbors weren’t so lucky. I’m on pins and needles for Harvest Moon!
I’m just a hedgie PNR loving gal out there spreading the word that a new book is dropping soon from my besties 💋🎉💋
